ATTORNEY BIO

 

Cheryl Powers graduated from Stetson University College of Law, Cum Laude, in May 2001.  She began her law career at the Law Offices of Peter Brundy, P.A., where she handled all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice cases.  After gaining experience in the personal injury sector, she became an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit.  At the State Attorney’s Office she prosecuted hundreds of cases.  She was promoted to Lead Trial Attorney and remained as such until she opened her own practice in early 2004.   

Since opening her own general practice, she has handled a diversity of legal cases, concentrating on personal injury and criminal defense.  She has successfully defended hundreds of clients in Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando and Citrus Counties.  She has a reputation for being fair and enjoys helping others through what may be the most difficult time of their lives.
